Li Feng, male, born in October 1968, is a Level-2 Professor and doctoral supervisor at Qingdao Agricultural University, where he serves as the leading scholar of the veterinary discipline. He is an expert receiving the State Council Special Government Allowance, a National Outstanding Talent in Agricultural Research, a recipient of the Heilongjiang May 1st Labor Medal, and Vice President of the Heilongjiang Provincial Society of Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Medicine.

He has long been dedicated to fundamental research and prevention and control technologies for porcine viral diarrhea. He has led more than 20 national and provincial/ministerial research projects, including projects under the National Key R&D Program of the 13th and 14th Five-Year Plan periods. He has published over 320 research papers, including SCI-indexed articles, in domestic and international academic journals.

As the first contributor, he received one National Invention Award; as the third contributor, he received one Science and Technology Progress Award (Second Class). He has also won seven provincial/ministerial-level awards, including first prizes.
