Xu Li, male, graduated from Northwest A&F University in 1989 with a master's degree. He is currently serves as the General Manager of Beijing Zhongyu Breeding Pig Co., Ltd. After graduating from university, he has been engaged in pig farming for thirty years, remaining dedicated to the front line of pig production while continuously learning new scientific and technological advancements, growing together with large-scale pig farms in China.

He has won many honors. In 2022, he was honored as an Advanced Worker by the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs, and one of the Top Ten Model of State owned Enterprises and Beijing Role Models. In 2021, he received the Capital Labor Medal and was recognized as Capital Citizen Learning Star. In 2020, he was awarded the Model Worker of Beijing Capital Agribusiness & Foods Group. And in 2018, he received the second prize of the National Science and Technology Progress Award. He has also received numerous honors, such as the National Agriculture, Animal Husbandry, and Fisheries Harvest Award, Agricultural Technology Promotion Achievement Award, etc.
