Jian Zhao graduated from the Nankai University with a degree in pharmacy, He previously served as the director of the Tianjin Ninghe Pig Breeding Farm, one of China’s first national core breeding farms. He is currently the deputy secretary-general of the Animal Welfare and Healthy Farming Branch of the Tianjin Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Association, as well as the Director of Technical Services at Challenge Animal Health and the Secretary-General of the "Hundred Talents Program."  He possesses extensive experience in breeding technology and has led service teams to continuously improve service standards, earning high praise from clients. He is particularly skilled in batch production management techniques for pig farms and combines theory with practice, offering unique insights into comprehensive disease prevention and the rational use of medications. He is known as a hands-on, technically adept professional.
