The Aassociate Dean of the PSY and Director of the Farrowing Research Laboratory, as well as the Chief Coach at PTT and founding instructor of the Farrowing Assistant Training Program. He is a licensed veterinarian with over 20 years of experience in production management and technical services in pig farming. He has conducted in-depth research on farrowing management and standardized operations for staff, proposing practical techniques such as the "Six Principles of Routine Assistance," "Six Principles of Emergency Assistance," and "Graded Prevention and Control of Early Uterine Inflammation." He has trained thousands of pig farmers in over a thousand pig farming enterprises and is recognized as an expert in the detailed management of farrowing houses. He leads teams in large-scale pig farms to implement farrowing performance indicators, with numerous success stories in improving key metrics such as the ratio of weak piglets, sow feed intake in the farrowing house, control of uterine inflammation, piglet survival rates, and weaning weights. He has contributed to several publications, including the "PSY+1 Practical Technology Compilation," "Prevention and Control Technology for Young Sow Syndrome," "African Swine Fever Prevention Practices," and "Low-Cost Pig Farming." His annual reports include the "2020 Farrowing Management and Technology Trend Report," "2021 Farrowing Application Topic Results Report," and "Evaluation of the Effectiveness of Key Strategies for Improving PSY in Farrowing." His flagship courses include "Farrowing Assistant Training Camp," "Early Diagnosis and Graded Prevention of Sow Endometritis," "Five Steps to Successful Farrowing," "Key Technologies for Farrowing Assistance," and "Piglet Care."
