Dr. Jiaqiang Wu, researcher and deputy director of the Institute of Animal Husbandry and Veterinary of Shandong Academy of Agricultural Sciences. He has been working in the Institute since his master graduation in 2001 from Nanjing Agricultural University. Dr. Wu was a visitor scholar at the University of Guelph, Canada during 2006 to 2007. He received his Ph.D from Shandong Agricultural University in 2008. Dr. Wu’s research focuses on major animal diseases, molecular immunology, and new vaccine research. He also leads the National Science and Technology Support Program, the National Natural Science Foundation of Shandong Province, and the modern agricultural industry technology system. Dr. Wu has published four books, 103 research papers, of which 21 are SCI papers. He helps establish six local technical standards in Shandong Province and holds 13 national patents.

吴家强博士，山东省农业科学院畜牧兽医研究所副所长及研究员。自2001年从南京农业大学获得硕士学位以来，一直坚守研究所岗位刻苦钻研。2006-2007年间，吴家强以访问学者的身份在加拿大圭尔夫大学深造。2008年于山东农业大学获得博士学位。吴博士精攻重大动物疾病、分子免疫学及新疫苗领域的研究，同时领导国家科学技术支撑计划、山东国家自然科学基金会及现代农业产业技术体系的建立与执行。目前吴博士工出版四本著作，103篇高端论文，其中21篇是SCI论文。在他的帮助下，六个因地制宜的山东技术标准得以建立并获得13项国家专利。
