Ph.D. in Animal Molecular Virology from China Agricultural University, has engaged in research and development on molecular detection technologies and genetic engineering vaccines of animal diseases and animal diseases control for large-scale farms for 31 years and in research and production of food and mouth disease vaccines and control of foot-and-mouth disease for 20 years.

Former Technical Director of Biological Products of China Animal Husbandry Industrial Co., Ltd, proficient in combining theory with practice, has directed many large-scale farms to establish prevention and control plans of animal diseases. Has visited Vietnam, Thailand, and Indonesia for many times and spread China's animal disease prevention and control concepts and technologies to these countries.

In September 2023, joined Shanghai Shenlian Biomedical Co., Ltd., will continue to deeply study prevention and control technologies of animal disease to assist in animal disease prevention, control and purification in China.
