Chiou, Ming-Tang is a professor in the Department of Veterinary Medicine at National Pingtung University of Science and Technology. He attended National Taiwan University and got his Doctor of Philosophy and Residency degree in 1999. He specializes in swine diseases, pathology,  and immunology.
