Dr. Wu Hua, is the President of Sinovet (Jiangsu) Biopharma. Co., Ltd; the research fellow and doctoral supervisor; industry professor of Jiangsu Province; national special expert; holder of special allowance of the State Council; an “Entrepreneurial and Innovative Talent” of Jiangsu Province; advanced individuals studying abroad of Jiangsu Province; a committee expert of National Scientific and Technological Awards; a member of the 1st National Animal Disease Prevention and Control Expert Committee; a member of the 5th and 6th China Veterinary Drug Pharmacopeia Committee; New Taizhou construction meritorious person; Taizhou innovation and entrepreneurship outstanding talent.

He graduated and worked in China Institute of Veterinary Drug Control in 1990 and served as the leader of National Climbing Program and National Key Technology Research and Development Program of China. During his stay in USA from 1995, he had worked in Kansas State University, Schering Plough, Pfizer and other companies. Back to China in 2004, he had served as the leader the programs of Public Welfare Industry (Agriculture) Scientific Research Special Program (Chief Expert), the 13th Five-Year National Key R&D Plan, National Support Plan, National High-Tech Research Development Plan (863 Plan), the National Development and Reform Commission cluster pilot project, Achievement Transformation Program of Jiangsu Province and etc. Dr. Wu took the lead in applying suspension culture technology to the production of FMD inactivated vaccine in China, solved the heat resistant protective agent technology of vaccine, and successfully developed a natural gene deletion HP-PRRS vaccine (TJM-F92 strain). He founded Sinovet company in 2011, and obtained 11 new veterinary drug certificates, 17 clinical approvals, and 16 national and international invention patents.
