Wu Bin
Bin Wu is currently a Professor of Animal infectious diseases at Huazhong Agricultural University (Wuhan, China). Prof. Wu is the principal investigator and the project director of the National Key R&D Program “Eradication of Swine pseudorabies, Classical Swine Fever, and Highly-pathogenic PRRS in Pig farms” and also serves as the counsellor of many big pig producing companies in China, including Guangxi Yangxiang, Guangdong Wen’s, COFCO Wuhan, Shenzhen Kingsino, etc. Prof. Wu has been appointed as the member of CAAV-Animal Infectious Diseases branch, the National Expert Committee for Animal Diseases Prevention, and the National Assessment Committee for Animal Diseases Eradication. Prof. Wu has devoted many of his time to the education and research of animal infectious diseases and he has won three Second Awards of the National Science and Technology Progress as well as many First and/or Second Awards of the Hubei Provincial Science and Technology Progress during his professional career.
